Crystal City, Paradise Corps. was founded to bring together science, education, and community empowerment under one mission: to provide accessible training, develop groundbreaking research, and support individuals of all backgrounds. Founded by Charles D. Corbin, the organization works through multiple divisions and partner companies — including our innovative subcompany, Tartaria Technologies — delivering programs that strengthen local and state communities across the southeastern United States. Vincent White  serves as the Owner/Operator of IPRO, one of our key partner operations supporting this mission.
